Topman launches online in Australia
Following hot on the heels of the official launch of Topshop’s local e-commerce platform in Australia, the menswear brand Topman is now also selling online.
Topman is collaborating with local e-commerce suppliers and partners to deliver expanded product collections, lower pricing, faster delivery and a product range specially curated for the Australian male fashion market – with regular drops arriving every week.
As of April 10, each Australian Topman store is acting as a distribution centre for online orders.
The seamless omnichannel experience sees topman.com featuring localised editorial-style content and online-only services, including free returns in store, complimentary express delivery for purchases over $75 and click and collect delivery options.
Soon, customers will also be able to book a complimentary appointment with a personal stylist in store via Topman’s personal shopping booking engine online.
“Topshop Topman have always been internationally renowned fashion and trend leaders; the launch of our exciting new Topman e-commerce platform stays true to our brands key point of difference,” Deborah Papazoglu, Topshop Topman Australia’s head of e-commerce, said.
“We’re excited to synchronise our physical and digital worlds for a seamless omnichannel customer experience,” she added.
“Our localised business mentality has always been consumer-centric and with our new e-commerce platform, we can respond to Aussie guys’ demand for great and more convenient style fast in real-time.”
Deborah Papazoglu was named to Internet Retailing’s 2017 Top 50 People in E-Commerce, which can be downloaded here.
