Tinyme named Online Retailer of the Year for the second year running
Australia’s best and brightest e-commerce businesses have been recognised at this year’s Australia Post Online Retailer Industry Awards, with Tinyme named the Online Retailer of the Year for the second year running.
The annual event, hosted purely online for the first time, celebrated the achievements of e-commerce leaders both big and small as well as the unsung heroes of the e-commerce world, during one of the most explosive and disruptive years in online retail.
Lovehoney took home the Best Pureplay award, while Cue Clothing was crowned the Best Multichannel retailer and Dan Murphy’s had the best Phygital initiative.
“This has been an historic year with record online shopping growth coupled with incredible challenges for business due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but seeing people find ways to adapt has been truly inspirational,” said Australia Post executive general manager of business Gary Star.
“We are so proud to be part of the Orias again this year and to have the opportunity to acknowledge Australia’s hardworking online retailers.”
