Podcast with Nyree Corby of Fame & Partners

In this podcast, Internet Retailing editor Heather McIlvaine speaks with Nyree Corby, founder and CEO of Fame & Partners, an online women’s clothing company that uses on-demand manufacturing to solve some of retail’s biggest problems.

Corby explains why less than 50 per cent of the women’s clothing is sold as intended and how Fame & Partners delivers slow-fashion sustainability on a fast-fashion timeline. She also talks about what’s next for the LA-based company, including personalised sizing.

“We think that’s going to be pretty game-changing. Because when the customer knows that she can order something that she really loves with complete confidence that it’s going to fit her body like a glove, because it’s not standardised sizing, we feel pretty confident that’s going to drive even more explosive growth and greater stickiness with the product,” Corby said.
