Godfreys relaunches online under new ownership
Vacuum retailer Godfreys has relaunched online under its new owner Future Innovation Holdings.
“A new era begins with our online sales channel that will bring back some of Australia’s iconic floorcare brands such as Wertheim, Pullman, Sauber, I-Vac and Work Hero,” said Godfreys in a LinkedIn post.
In a separate post, the retailer said, “Godfreys has faced challenges, but as they say, it doesn’t matter how you fall; it’s all about how you rise! We are coming back!”
Last June, Future Innovation Holdings acquired the Godfreys and Godfreys commercial brands and assets to reestablish a new online and wholesale business model.
Godfreys entered into administration last May, leading to the closure of its stores and laying off staff.
