Catch Group to launch Catch Energy next month
Online retailer Catch will add energy and gas plans to its growing portfolio of Catch Essentials services.
Catch Energy, which will be launched on the group’s site next month, will provide competitively priced energy and gas plans in partnership with 1st Energy, with bonus Catch shopping vouchers called ‘CatchBack’.
According to Catch Group, the Catch Energy offering is all about value, transparency and giving consumers a fair go.
“The product has no late fees disguised as discounts, no credit card payment fees and always low rates with no surprises.”
Catch Energy will join existing Catch Essentials services Catch Connect and Catch Personal Loans, offering prepaid mobile phone plans and personal loans.
Nati Harpaz, CEO of Catch Group, said that the company is looking forward to taking aim at the major energy retailers and helping Australians get the best possible deal on their utility bills over the long term.

Available for electricity customers in Victoria, NSW and South East Queensland in April 2019, as well as gas customers in Victoria from May 2019.
