Amazon search tool helps car owners find new parts

Amazon Australia has launched Automotive Part Finder, a tool to help customers shop by vehicle make model and year to find parts and accessories which fit their cars.

The tool matches from a range of more than 100,000 vehicle products including windscreen wiper blades and filters to a number of Australia’s most popular cars from the past decade.

Amazon says the number of Aussies undertaking road trips is increasing, so it wanted to offer a convenient way for customers to purchase accessories before their road trips. 

“Not only can customers shop products for their car more easily, but they can conveniently purchase any other items they may need before heading off on a road trip,” said Ian Bradley, head of automotive at Amazon Australia.

Customers can now enter their vehicle’s brand, model, year, series and engine type to browse products designed specifically for their car. The tool is also developed to help people confused about which part is suitable for their vehicle.
