Toll expands PVH relationship, including e-commerce

Toll Group and retail conglomerate PVH have finalised a multi-year agreement to extend their retail fulfilment partnership in Australia.

The contract continuation follows a three-year transition of PVH’s supply chain from multiple, manually operated sites into a single consolidated hub.

The automated operations are located at Toll’s new distribution site in Kemps Creek, Western Sydney, which is part of a broader $250 million retail logistics facility scheduled to open in July.

“This is a moment of real pride for our teams and our partnership with PVH,” said Nick Vrckovski, president, retail and consumer, Toll Group. “Built on trust and collaboration, we have reimagined the operating model to embed productivity, safety and consistency, setting a new benchmark for retail fulfilment in Australia.”

The integrated system utilises goods-to-person technology, automated packaging systems, and e-commerce processing to improve order accuracy, operational throughput, and workplace safety.

“For our customers, it means faster speed to market, greater consistency and the flexibility to scale as demand evolves,” said Vrckovski.

“It takes persistence, resilience and strong partnership to deliver something of this scale, and I am incredibly proud of what our teams have achieved together,” said Craig Barnett, CEO and president, PVH Australia and New Zealand.

Last year, China targeted PVH, Google and other US firms as trade tensions escalated.
