TerryWhite Chemmart teams up with DoorDash

TerryWhite Chemmart has partnered with DoorDash to expand its e-commerce sale and delivery options.

When a TerryWhite Chemmart order is made via DoorDash, the driver will go to the nearby TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacy, select the needed supplies, pay for them, and then deliver them to the customer’s door.

The two companies say the initiative improves customer convenience and streamlines the purchasing process.

“By leveraging the DoorDash network and integrating with their online marketplace, we can ensure that essential health and wellness products are just a few clicks away for more Australians, all without disrupting our pharmacies’ day-to-day operations,” said Nick Munroe, executive GM at TerryWhite Chemmart.

The companies added that ordering through the DoorDash platform allows customers to track their orders in real time with transparency and peace of mind.

Last month, DoorDash launched in 10 more locations in New Zealand, allowing the food delivery company to service over 77 per cent of the country’s population.
