Redbubble parent Articore names Vivek Kumar MD
Redbubble parent Articore Group has appointed group CEO Vivek Kumar as its MD of the board.
With over 20 years of experience in e-commerce, Kumar has spanned more than 50 categories at several brands, including renowned brands such as Barnes & Noble and TeePublic.
Joining the group last year as CEO of marketplaces, including Redbubble and TeePublic, he was recently named Articore’s group CEO in June.
“Under Vivek’s leadership, the group has delivered a step-change in results, including our strongest fourth quarter in five years and record gross profit margin,” said Robin Mendelson, Articore’s chair.
“This appointment reinforces our confidence in Vivek’s ability to execute the turnaround and deliver sustained value through operational discipline and strategic focus.”
Last month, Articore Group advised its shareholders to reject a board spill proposal.
