R.M. Williams revamps online offering

Australian clothing and accessories retailer, R.M. Williams, has partnered with digital commerce consultancy, Amblique, to roll out a new suite of websites as part of renewed investment in the brand.

The digital offering will build upon current systems in place with the implementation of open cloud platform, Demandware, which will enrich merchandising capabilities, and support the company’s global expansion with its flexible cloud infrastructure.

“Our old website was built on our manufacturing platform, so it wasn’t a great experience for the customer,” said Carly Cazzolli, head of e-commerce, R.M. Williams

“The new suite of R.M. Williams websites provides a strong mobile experience, showcases the R.M. Williams brand and its strong heritage, including rich product content, social media aggregation and an easy path to purchase.”

The commerce consultancy says it’s delighted to work with the Australian brand and support its continued growth.
