Pack & Send reveals streamlined upgraded website as mobile dominates bookings

Pack & Send has unveiled an upgraded website which is launching ahead of year-end peak season.

As e-commerce shopping increases prior to the festive season, the courier and logistics firm expects a 30 per cent increase to website traffic this quarter. The new website is designed to provide a fast, seamless and user-friendly experience.

The revamped website features a modern and visually appealing design, with improved navigation and
functionality. An optimised layout allows customers to easily source locations and information about Pack & Send’s services.

Mobile responsiveness a top priority Mobile responsiveness is one of the key features of the
new website. More than 50 per cent of Pack & Send’s visits are made on a mobile device.

Nicholas Woodward, country manager of Pack & Send Australia, is thrilled to debut the revamped website.

“At Pack & Send we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our customers. The relaunch of our website is a testament to this commitment, as we continue to evolve and improve our online presence to meet the changing needs of our customers,” he said.

Woodward thanked franchisees and customers for their continued support and loyalty.
“We look forward to serving you through our enhanced online presence,” he said.
