Mitre 10 uses Insider to boost online engagement with AI-powered campaigns

Mitre 10, an Australian retail and trade hardware store chain, chose Insider, the AI-powered platform for individualised, cross-channel experiences, to boost their multichannel growth strategy.

Mitre 10 will leverage Insider’s powerful segmentation and onsite personalisation capabilities to reach their ideal audience and customise their marketing campaigns with greater agility. 

Mitre 10 will connect and add a layer of AI-powered capabilities to their customer data with Insider. Combining predictive segmentation and precision targeting will enable the retailer to deliver more meaningful experiences in the moments that matter.

Mitre 10 is a solid addition to Insider’s powerhouse roster – the retailer operates nearly 400 stores and employs 16,500 employees.
