My Deal is an Australian marketplace with over 20,000 SKUs spanning 900 different product categories. They’re on track in 2016 to hit $30 million with 300 per cent. year on year growth.
Speaking on the eCommerce Masterplan podcast, founder Sean Senvirtne talks about the importance of taking ownership over the customer experience.
“If you leave a bad taste in the customer’s mouth, all they have to do is access their mobile phone and there you go, they can tell the rest of the world. The customer experience, being able to control that, is a must,” he said.
