John Stanhope takes up role as chairperson of Rendr
On-demand delivery service Rendr has appointed John Stanhope as the company’s new chairperson to strengthen its ability to disrupt the on-demand market.
According to the company, John Stanhope is a strong asset with expertise in the logistics industry. The joining of Stanhope and new investors will support Rendr’s management team led by Sonney Roth, MD and CEO at Rendr.
“Rendr now has the dream team in place with all the right skill sets and experience to execute our plans and make Rendr a huge success and a household name”, said Roth.
Founded in 2019 by Greg Leibowitz and James Fisher, Rendr has a growing network of more than 20,000 carriers in Australia, facilitating deliveries that require motorbikes through to semi trailers. Rendr offers a selection of items including hardware, fashion, pets, baby goods and stationery.
“This solution is all about convenience and certainty, which customers and merchants crave”, said Stanhope.
