Grana partners with 7-Eleven for free deliveries

Online direct-to-consumer apparel brand Grana Hong Kong has signed 7-Eleven as its exclusive partner for free product returns.

To make it easy for customers, return sheets and prepaid labels are being included in all Grana orders. Customers can return items to any one of the 330-plus 7-Eleven stores in Hong Kong. This removes the need for customers to contact the Cheetah customer-service team as well as costs.

“Hong Kong is our first market to introduce anytime/anywhere returns with 7-Eleven,” Grana CEO and founder Luke Grana said.

“As a young startup in the e-commerce space, elevating the post-purchase experience is important to keep our millennial customers satisfied. Consumers want their experience with retailers to be authentic, convenient and simple.

“One bad experience, especially with returns, can negatively impact brand love and have a ripple effect online and offline.”

The returns process is easy: the customer fills out the returns sheet from inside their Grana box, sticks the pre-paid label on the return package and drops the package at a fitting room or any authorised 7-Eleven outlet. The Cheetahs will send a confirmation email and update on the return item.

Customers can still choose to drop off returns, within 30 days, to Grana’s centralised warehouse in Wong Chuk Hang. The refund process takes about 14 days.

Headquartered in Hong Kong, Grana was founded by Australian entrepreneur Luke Grana in 2013.
