An omnichannel, eCommerce and retail consultant, Mark is a pioneer in Australian eCommerce, having founded internetretailing.com.au, Australia’s first online retailing publication, in 2008. Previously Chief Operating Officer and part of the early executive team at Catch of the Day, Mark was instrumental in leading the due diligence process prior to investment by a consortium of shareholders.
MBA qualified, Mark has a wealth of experience in traditional retail and multichannel operations, bolstered by his experience and contributions as General Manager and Head of Strategic Development in the Victoria Station Group for over eight years.
Mark currently consults to entrepreneurs and businesses in eCommerce and retail strategy, operational improvement, digital marketing and measurement, website development, systems integration and implementation and financial systems accounting. Mark is a speaker, writer and participates at industry conferences.
