ShipBob reaches 1 billionth unit shipped, sets BFCM record

ShipBob has reached over 1 billion units fulfilled across its global network to date, marking a significant growth milestone for the company.

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, ShipBob is a global supply chain and fulfillment technology platform designed for SMEs and mid-market e-commerce merchants. The company operates more than 60 fulfilment centres in Australia, the US, Canada, the UK, and the EU.

Last year, the company distributed hundreds of millions of units using its proprietary warehouse management system, decision engine, and AI-driven inventory placement program.

During the Black Friday/Cyber Monday season, the company shipped more than 10 million units, fulfilling orders from over 100 sales channels and retail partners. It also achieved 10 per cent faster delivery times compared to 2024.

During this peak period, international growth outpaced the US, led by Canada (+399 per cent), Australia (+248 per cent), France (+239 per cent), Germany (+236 per cent), and Ireland (+234 per cent).

“Our mission is to make global commerce seamless through technology-driven fulfillment solutions,” said Dhruv Saxena, CEO and co-founder of ShipBob.

“As we look ahead, we’re focused on empowering merchants to scale without friction, and we’re excited to cross the 2 billion-unit mark in short order,” Saxena added.
