Uber Eats introduces Dine Out service in Australia
Uber Eats has launched Dine Out across Australia through its Uber Eats application, offering in-person dining deals from restaurants.
The Dine Out feature is now available in Uber Eats, with participating venues – including Catalina, Fabbrica, Wings and Tins, Malabar, Employees Only, and Raw Bar – providing customers with more affordable dining options during the slower winter season for restaurants.
To celebrate the feature debut, Uber is set to launch House of Eats on August 8, a night-only immersive dining experience featuring Sydney’s exclusive dishes from Dine Out’s partner restaurant and chef Danielle Alvarez.
“When I joined Uber Eats in 2016, we had a few hundred restaurant partners. Today, we support over 60,000 merchants across Australia – and we’re always looking for new ways to back the industry,” said Ed Kitchen, MD of Uber Eats ANZ.
