THG teams with Zitcha to boost reach for beauty, wellness brands

THG Beauty, which owns beauty and wellness brands including Lookfantastic, Cult Beauty and Myprotein, has partnered with online retail media platform Zitcha to power its retail media offering.

Under the partnership, THG will use Zitha’s platform to connect its brands with more than 10 million wellness and beauty customers.

The collaboration will also reduce response times and simplify media bookings, with Zitcha’s platform supporting a more effective and seamless retail media solution via an easy-to-use user interface.

“Over the past year, we’ve onboarded multiple partners and increased investment in our marketing services to revolutionise our proposition,” said Tom Mills-Webb, THG Beauty’s CCO.

“This partnership is a perfect example of what retail media should look like – customer-first, tech-enabled, and results-driven,” added Troy Townsend, CEO and co-founder of Zitcha.

“We’re here to help businesses like THG Ingenuity and retailers like THG Beauty unlock the full potential of their media networks and build lasting value for their brand partners.”

Earlier, Zitcha has also partnered with major global retail brands, including UK-based grocer Ocado Retail and Frasers Group.
