Stockland Marketplace partners with First Nations retailers for online shopping hub

Stockland Marketplace is collaborating with 14 Indigenous businesses to launch their products on the First Nations Collective, a shopping hub part of the Stockland Marketplace e-commerce site.

Available items include clothing, gifts, toys, and handicrafts.

“The 14 retailers, which have joined Stockland Marketplace since May 2024, are also participating in Stockland’s ‘Footprints into Retail Business Program’, a First Nations retail engagement program designed to provide Indigenous businesses with access to opportunities across Stockland’s town centres and mentorship and training to grow and scale their businesses,” said Brooke Lee, GM of investment management marketing at Stockland.

“Future opportunities along the pathway could include pop-up retail or long-term leases in our town centres.”

Stockland Marketplace assures customers that items purchased from the First Nations Collective are from 100 per cent verified First Nations-owned and operated businesses.
