Online retailer FitMyCar named top exporter
On-demand manufacturer and online retailer FitMyCar has been named a top emerging exporter by Trade Victoria.
The two-year-old business, which was named Best New Online Retailer at the 2017 ORIAS, sells a range of automotive accessories, such as car mats, floor liners, boot liners and more.
FitMyCar founder and CEO James Tinsley said the team was proud “just to be shortlisted”, so winning was an honour.
“Our view is the Australian automotive industry as a brand has a lot to offer the local and international community. All the skills and technology exist right hereto make and export awesome gear,” he said.
“Awards like this just confirm the market is there, and the reality is we’ve only just scratched the surface.”
FitMyCar manufactures all its products in Australia using on-demand manufacturing techniques.
