The Nile teams up with Fastway Couriers

Fastway Couriers has announced a new partnership with online retailer, The Nile, and has appointed a new head of customer management.

“We send a high volume of parcels each week, therefore it’s critical that our courier partners share our level of high customer service as it sets our business apart,” said Jethro Marks, co-founder & director. “Fastway Couriers offer fantastic expertise, technology, reliability, and innovative service across its vast network. This enables us to provide our customers with the service they need to enjoy shopping with us.” 

Richard Thame, CEO of Fastway Couriers, said the team looks forward to working with The Nile.

The Nile team will be working with Gina d’Almeida, who has been appointed Fastway Couriers’ new head of customer management, effective immediately. Joining the team with more than 27 years of experience, d’Almeida will oversee all elements of Fastway Couriers’ national customer base.

Prior to joining Fastway Couriers, she held various sales and account management roles at Sinclair Wilde, Tailors Mark, Mondo Search and ING Direct.

“Gina brings an incredible amount of experience to the team across sales and account management, commercial relationship development and operational processes,” said Thame. “She’s an excellent addition to the team and is well equipped to guide our new and existing national customers to the best courier solutions to meet their needs.”
