Mozo Awards honour top online retailers in four categories
The top online retailers across four categories have been revealed in the Mozo People’s Choice Awards 2022.
The awards recognise online retailers for the highest level of customer satisfaction, best service and other qualities. The event is solely determined by customers.
Woolworths supermarket took first place for going above and beyond to meet customer expectations, scoring the highest rating among six online supermarkets in the Outstanding Customer Satisfaction category.
Ebay, JB Hi-Fi and Officeworks were voted best online electronic retailers, while the Outstanding Customer Satisfaction award in the online pet supplier category was shared by Budget Pet Products and Vet Supply. Appliances Online surpassed 32 other online retailers to take the top spot for the most outstanding customer experience award.
Mozo Awards judge Peter Marshall said online retailers have never been more important than during the past few years.
“This year over 90 online retailers were evaluated in our annual Mozo People’s Choice Awards. Mozo invites everyday Aussies to vote for their favourite brands, making these awards a true reflection of outstanding customer experience,” he said.
