Medical marketplace Medcart names new CEO
Australian health and medical marketplace Medcart has appointed Dylan Bookless as its new CEO.
Bookless was Medcart’s GM of operations since April last year. The company has registered rapid growth delivering up to $10 million in revenue to more than 80 retail partners this financial year.
Founder & CEO Phil Leahy said: “Dylan brings vast experience and knowledge from his time at Asahi, Marketplacer & Catch. As the GM of MedCart, Dylan delivered instant and measurable changes to the business.”
“I think there is a great opportunity in the medical supplies and pharmacy industries for a marketplace like ours to improve the consumer experience and make it easier for businesses to sell their products online,” said Bookless.
He added the marketplace has grown its SKU by 150 per cent last month and is looking forward to growing sustainably.
Bookless’ transition to his new role is effective today (July 1).
