eStar bolsters operations with new senior hires

Specialist e-commerce solutions company, eStar, has made two new senior appointments to bolster its growing operations.

John Menagh joins eStar as sales director, Australia, and will be responsible for sales and business development opportunities in the Australian market. Greg Randall joins the business as a digital strategist for Australia and New Zealand.

Menagh will focus on driving new business opportunities. Prior to joining eStar, Menagh held senior positions across the e-commerce and pharmaceutical industries. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Swinburne University.

“We are thrilled to welcome John to eStar. He brings a wealth of e-commerce experience and a reputation for excellence that will instantly make him an integral member of our senior leadership team,” said Andrew Buxton, CEO, eStar. “John has a proven performance record and strong relationships across the industry and will be a valuable asset to our business as we strive for more growth in the market.”

Randall brings his digital services expertise to eStar from his career as a digital consultant. His appointment will enable eStar to continue to develop its portfolio of digital consulting services including customer experience design, reporting and analytics. He will focus on partnering with eStar’s clients to bring their digital strategy to life and deliver best-practice customer journeys.

“eStar is committed to helping our customers be successful and we are well positioned to grow. Retailers are increasingly looking to their digital store as their flagship and need proven solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience. We are investing in new expertise in this sector to ensure our customers always have access to the brightest minds our industry has to offer,” said Buxton.

Over the past 12 month eStar has grown its Australian operations, with customers such as the Country Road Group, Carla Zampatti, Taking Shape and Rodd & Gunn.
